    This application for rental must be signed by all adults who will occupy the property. A copy of drivers license or ID and a copy of the applicants social security card(s) must be provide as well. All applicants will not receive the key until all documents are signed, deposit is given, and all utilities are turned on in tenant(s) name. One set of keys will be provided, however, if tenant loses keys and needs new ones, there is a $10.00 charge.

    I give authorization to GJ Property Holdings, LLC to have a tri-merge credit report pulled. GJ Property Holdings, LLC can also contact any agencies, offices, groups, and organizations for the purpose of evaluating my application. I further authorize GJ Property Holdings, LLC or their agents to verify the information on this application including but not limited to getting criminal records, contacting creditors, present or former landlords, employers, and personal references, whether listed or not, at the time of the application and at any time in the near future.

    Any false information will constitute grounds for rejection of this application or may at any time immediately terminate this rental application entered into in reliance upon misinformation given on this application.
